Plastic tube cosmetics with Korean style flip top cap.

This series of plastic tube cosmetics are with Korean style flip top caps, which have a higher outlet for better leakproofness. With this kind of flip top cap, the tube cosmetics can be applied for thin liquid material such as lotion, facial cleansing, cosmetic water, moisture gel etc.

Tube diameter: 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm and 50mm.

Capacity: 40ml, 60ml, 80ml, 170ml and 200ml.

Cap style: Korean style flip top cap.

Injection head: Flat head.

Tube body color: White.

Decoration: with blue and black 2 colors offset printing, matte finishing.

PESC Packaging can customize your tube cosmetics according to your requirements. The plastic soft tubes can fit for a series of products from small volume to large volume, the flip top cap can be oriented by shoulder re-injection. For ordinary formula, 2layers tube is enough, but for formula needs to be protected very well, EVOH barrier needs to be added in the tube, the tube becomes 5 layers. The tube body and the flip top cap can be done with any Pantone color.

Sample policy, ready sample is by free, and can be sent by freight collect. Customized samples need to take sample charge USD200 but the charge can be refund when the batch order is placed to us.
